Policies & Procedures
Fees & Registration: Clinic fee must be paid in advance to ensure your spot. Fees are non refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another date (if one is open) or transfer your registration to another person.
Cancellation Policy: Capricorn Studios reserves the right to cancel a scheduled clinic for any reason, at any time. In the unlikely event this occurs all students will be notified and clinic fees refunded immediately.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to clinic start-time. Street, metered, and pay lot parking is available. Please bring your clinic confirmation receipt for check-in.
What to Bring: All students must bring their own materials for taking notes. Breaks will be provided through the day. You may bring your own lunch and store it in our kitchen or visit one of the local eateries in the neighborhood.
Other: No video or audio taping of the clinics is allowed.
